The College Practice Family Osteopathic Clinic, Highgate

The go-to clinic for active families in north London, specialist Practitioners treat a host of complaints and help all family members to reach their well-being goals.

Massage, homeopathy, osteopathy, sports therapy, physiotherapy, chiropody and podiatry are all practiced on site by experienced and caring Practitioners who are (of course) registered with their governing bodies and who maintain professional memberships through ongoing training. Patients are supported and guided through tailored and restorative treatment plans in the College Practice’s welcoming Highgate clinic.

A fully equipped Pilates Studio is also on site and regularly used during treatment sessions. Clinical Pilates can help family members manage - and recover from - a wide range of conditions from chronic back pain to repetitive strain injury. It is also hugely helpful for women recovering from the strain of pregnancy and childbirth.

Appointments with a specialist generally include a postural assessment and training session, the creation of a personal exercise Pilates programme, supervised Pilates Reformer and Cadialac/Trapeze exercises plus mat and Swiss ball activities. Sessions can be purchased separately or as part of an Osteopathic treatment.

The Practice is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and on Saturday’s from 9am to 3:30pm. Please call or email to secure an appointment.
