This just may warrant a quick visit amongst other exhibitions, just to marvel at the folly of creating such an amazing piece of fabric.  Over 1.2 million golden orb spiders (female) were collected in the highlands of Madagascar and harvested for their silken threads (before being returned to the wild).  It took 80 people 5 years to gather enough thread to make this 4 metre long woven textile.
