Deborah and Brian Cave were living "la dolce vita" in the Tuscan area of Bagni di Lucca in Italy, when they met two inspirational mothers making a new baby reflexology oil. Impressed with its calming effect on their own children, they decided to become the exclusive UK distributor and Naturally 4 Baby was born. They have since added other delights to their range.
Naturally 4 Baby is a company providing special products for babies and young children and are sourced specifically for their quality, style and uniqueness. "Babies deserve only the very best and all the products that we supply, ooze exclusiveness and originality. We are constantly looking for innovative and individual products to introduce and, together with our dedicated dispatch team, we are able to provide a service that we are extremely proud of," says founder and director, Deborah Cave.
"Soon after our launch, we were introduced to an amazing lady from New Zealand who, like us, had been in business for a number of years and was passionate about baby clothes. Having had 14 children of her own and 15 grandchildren, she was inspired to make clothes for them and went on to create the New Zealand company
Dimples."
What's unique about naturally4baby?
"Having worked in the public sector for over 25 years, Brian and I have acquired the knowledge and skills required to provide the highest of customer service. We know that customer satisfaction is paramount and we always treat customers how we wish to be treated. Although we are an internet store, we still provide the personal touch. All items are hand wrapped in our own tissue paper prior to despatch and are sent recorded 1st class, to ensure that they arrive safely and on time. We also provide a gift wrapping service. The website also has useful information regarding children's health, recipes, articles and links relating to security, education and a host of other interesting organisations.
How does your business fit around family life?
Being an internet shop fits around family life perfectly. Whilst our children are at school we are able to conduct business as usual and during holidays and weekends, the boys enjoy helping out in the despatch department.
What are your plans for the future?
Owing to our expansion we have relocated back to the UK where we are able to make substantial savings, in terms of import and delivery costs, which in turn are passed on to our customers. And as Naturally4Baby progresses we want to continue providing an excellent service to our customers, increase our product range to incorporate items for Kids, Mums and Dads.
