Everybody is Kung Fu Fighting!

Children's martial art classes are much more widely available across London than you'd imagine.  And with classes starting from 3yrs (see Pee Wee and Crouching Tiger) you can channel some of that endless energy.

Sure, Kung Fu and Tai Chi are China’s most famous forms of martial arts, but its principles can be found in techniques from all over the world. From Karate to Tae Kwon Do, children focus on how to gain confidence and discipline, and improve their fitness, through the practice of self-defence. Traced back to thousands of years, it’s a healthy outlet for energetic children.
