Framed Film Club at the Barbican

The Framed Film Club at the Barbican features films from around the world for the under 11 set. The films are shown on Saturday mornings, making it a great way to ease into the weekend.

The film club consists entirely of families with young children, which makes for a relaxed, fun atmosphere, not to mention the more than reasonable £2 per person price tag.

On the last Saturday of every month, the club turns into Framed Film Club Extra. The Extra edition includes an exploration of film presented through other forms of art frequently seen at the Barbican Centre, such as theatre, music, and dance.

For a treat during the colder months, there are the Framed Film Festival and workshops related to film making. The festival runs from 17-25 November. The Films will be screened at the Barbican and other sites around London. There will also be chances for children to make their own films and have discussions with film professionals about the artistic and technical aspects of film making.
