  There is something truly special about Maria's ability to capture babies so beautifully, and also their parents who've not slept for a week... Maria photographed our son William when he was born 2 years ago, and the photographs simply took our breath away. So when our baby girl arrived earlier this year, no one but Maria would do. We have referred countless friends to Maria and are always thrilled to do so. You have such limited time and energy to capture those early precious days of your newborn, why would you not get a gifted professional to do it, and she is, truly gifted!

  Maternity - We had tried to take pictures at home but we just weren't able to do my bump justice! I therefore searched the internet and found various sites and was drawn to Maria's unique style, quality and ability to capture the beauty of pregnancy. I was a little nervous when I arrived but we chatted and Maria put me at ease by making me a cup of tea and looking over her portfolio, we deciding what I wanted to get from the shoot and proceeded to take various photos. The preview came through and I was blown away with the results, they exceeded my expectations and that of my partners. I now have beautiful images of my pregnancy that I will always treasure. Only weeks after the birth of my son I looked back at these and was amazed at how much I missed my bump and how special a time it was to be pregnant. Newborn - I was a little apprehensive booking with newborn session so soon after the birth but I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was. Maria took Ethan and for about 3hrs worked her magic whilst me and daddy had a nice rest on the sofa! The preview came through and we were delighted with the pictures and that we would have such a beautiful recorded of Ethan when he was brand new! I had one of the shots made into thank you cards and everyone commented on the beautiful picture of Ethan putting it on their mantle pieces to admire for longer. I have since recommended Maria to friends showing them our pictures and many have booked sessions or are planning to.

  We found Maria trough an NCT friend. Her pictures looked beautiful! I was too late to book a new born session for my daughter, but when I had my second baby we did a new born and family session. And I was very happy with the results. My husband wasn't that excited to drive all the way to Hampshire with a 10 days old baby and a toddler in the car. But from the moment we arrived we both realise all the drive was worthy. Maria was super professional explaining everything, how will be our day and the photo shoot. We felt so comfortable during the session. Her playing area for our toddler is great. Ines was entertained the whole day. Maria has such good hands with kids and because she is a mum too we had lots of things in common and we couldn't stop chatting. Never felt rushed or pushed into something we did not like. Her advice in terms of background and poses was excellent though. When we received the pictures we were so happy with the result and was so difficult to choose. I couldn't recommend Maria more.

  I booked Maria to take photos of our newborn daughter after seeing her work on her website. We arrived with our toddler in tow for the photo shoot and Maria made us feel at ease straight away. She managed to do the whole shoot in less than 2 hours as our baby slept through it all. We were absolutely delighted with the photos that she took. The only difficult part was choosing which photos to buy.

  I first saw Maria's work in a magazine review and thought the photographs were amazing but surely these babies had to be models and it must of taken hours to get shots like these. Regardless we booked a session and we couldn't wait. Our daughter arrived 8 days overdue and we had missed our initial session. No matter Maria rescheduled us for a few days before Christmas and we had such a lovely day. Our eldest daughter was entertained by all the toys, DVD's and outfits Maria provided and Tilly our newborn was looked after by Maria with a few pit stops for feeds. The results are fantastic and we had such a difficult job choosing the photos. Maria you are natural with children and this shows in your work I can not recommend you highly enough. Our photos will be cherished forever.

  Maria is an excellent photographer and a knack for clicking the best moments for a lifetime of memories for the little ones. I'm glad that I found her in the internet and can say 'She is really the Best'. Thanks Maria we had a great overall experience and extremely happy with photographs of our 5 day old princess.

  After seeing Maria's work just a couple of weeks before our little boy was due, we knew immediately that we had to get a newborn shoot booked. She was kind enough to help us out on short notice and on the day she made us feel completely relaxed and took the most gorgeous photos of our baby. Our next visit to Maria will be in a couple of months to capture our little boy as a toddler and we can't wait. If you want gorgeous memories captured, then book a photo shoot with Maria!

  Maria Murray ia a brilliant photographer with a knack of illuminating babies. Apart from an eye for a great picture, innovative props and a relaxed environment, she strikes a quick bond with babies which means she gets shot that only she can. She is a great example of what happens when talent meets focus. Highly recommend her superb service, where babies her concerned call Maria

  We have just had our 4th shoot with Maria, this time for our new little baby. Maria gets fantastic results, she really knows what she is doing. We spent several hours at her new studio, with a kids playroom adjoined so our toddler was occupied whilst Maria was busy with the bub. I can't recommend her highly enough, the results are brilliant. We get comments on the pictures of hers around our house all of the time.

  We just had the first of our 'beginnings' sessions with Maria for our daughter and cannot rate Maria highly enough - 10 stars if it was an option. We did the beginnings sessions with our son a couple of years ago and am pleased to report only Maria's location has changed. Fantastic one-of-a-kind photographs that really are things to enjoy now and memories to treasure for years to come. The whole experience from the initial telephone call is both personal and highly professional. Maria has a wonderful attitude and manner, both to children and life, and this is reflected in the photographs she takes and way in which she conducts her business. A fantastic experience for a family to share.

  We found Maria Murray when looking on the Internet and opted for her as she seemed to be the best at what she does - she certainly did not disappoint us, the photos of our 5 day old daughter are amazing and worth every penny we spent. Maria is a natural with handling babies and i felt very at ease leaving everything up to her and just sitting back watching the shoot. We will definitely be using Maria again when our baby is a little older.

  I wanted a photoshoot which was different from everyone elses and that is what i got from Maria Murray. Not only did I get amazing photos which are loved by all our family and friends but an amazing experience. We were made so comfortable, my so many questions were always answered, and my daughter was looked after extremely well. All we had to do was turn up with our little one and Maria took care of the rest. Maria was recommended to me and I definately highly recommended her and I certainly look forward to our next shoot.Thankyou Maria for capturing the moments I will never have again I am glad I made that booking and I am sure my daughter will be too when she is older :)

  As we all know, our little ones grow up so quickly, I know this so well as my son will be 21 years old this month and my daughter will be 1 year old! Where has the 21 years gone and did I take enough pictures to remind me what a little angel he once was, the answer was no I didn't..... So 20 years on my little girl arrives, wow, time to get lots of photos. We searched locally in Cardiff and found someone to capture those first cherished months. Sadly when the photos came back the moments were captured but very disappointing, the colour was rubbish and the poses had no imagination or ahhh factor. The next stage was to capture her when she was sitting up, by chance we googled and found Maria, her website caught our eyes, we travelled a good few miles to get to her but OMG it was sooooo worth it, we could not believe how easily she engaged with our daughter and how her imagination and expertise captured the best photos and moments that we will ever have, enough said from me, see for yourself, thank you Maria we are delighted and cannot wait until we can get her to capture our daughter as a toddler in 2012

  I was searching for photographer who is based close to London to do pregnancy photos for me as soon as I knew the arrival of my little one in my week 6 of pregnancy. Maria is simply the best that I have found, her pictures are very artistic and can tell the excitement of the mum-to-be & dad-to-be! I booked an early session in order to get the final pictures received before Xmas! Before shooting, I was worried about what to do since it's our 1st child, we have absolutely no experience in pregnancy shooting. Maria is very professional, she prompted us through what to do, how to do and gave us a lot of encouragement. There is no embarrassment at all although I am a conserved person in general. My husband and I feel that it's a very nice experience to remember & we shared some laughs together in the relaxing atmosphere. Maria's pictures do not disappoint us and they are at the same quality as shown in her blog! We are going to show the pictures to our friends during the baby shower and will definitely let our daughter know how we looked when we were expecting her! My maternity pictures are like my wedding photos, it's sweet to look back in years & years time!!!! Definitely worthwhile to take them!

  Maria was recommended by a family member who used her for the newborn pictures of their son. We were so impressed with the results we booked as soon as we could. The photos we have now of our daughter are wonderful and you just cant capture these images yourself. The day was fun and relaxing. Maria was very patient and professional with our baby as they arent the best models ! We highly recommend Maria and we are thrilled with the pictures we have.

  We chose Maria to photograph our newborn daughter based on a recommendation from a friend and we’re delighted we did so. During the shoot Maria was kind, gentle and patient with our daughter despite her being a difficult model who refused to sleep for all but the shortest of periods! The pictures that came out of the shoot are just a joy, a delightful keepsake of our daughter’s early days. We would thoroughly recommend Maria to anyone looking for top quality pictures of their new little bundle of joy.

  My family has now had two sessions with Maria, one for each child. We are happy to drive out of London to see her as her pictures are the best of any that I have seen. She managed to capture the spirit of my children (sparkly eyes, sweet smiles and naughty little grins) while making them look absolutely beautiful at the same time. She moves smoothly and quickly from shot to shot. My daughters (one rambunctious toddler and one 9 month old) were not bothered by the shoot at all and really seemed to enjoy having their photos taken by Maria. There were no tears; only smiles. I cannot recommend Maria enough - her pictures truly are the best.

  I booked Maria on the spur of the moment and can honestly say that it was the best decision ever. Maria made us feel very comfortable and time flew by. The resulting photos were out of this world. She has a special knack for capturing unique pictures of your little one. I just love the photos taken and now have a permanent reminder of these precious moments.

  PERFECTIONAL! I searched high and low for a photographer, and found her, mria handled my baby with love and care, and she really cares about what she does its somthing she is very pasionate about, it was hard work choosing our final photos as every one was fantastic, thankks maria, love lucie and darcie xxx

  Experierience was really lovely i had my newborn photographed and Maria has something very special and is definately a natural with babies. Made us all feel really comfortable and the photos were absolutely amazing. Will definately be going back for more photo sessions in the future.

  Maria is an exceptional photographer and has an amazing talent - truly a gift from god! She has taken our daughter Jia's photographs and was absolutely outstanding! The way she conducted the whole session was very warm and friendly yet professional. She did an absolutely fantabulous job of being the best nanny for 2 hours with our little darling sweetheart. Jia was so comfortable with her and was in a nice relaxed environment. The best part was there was no kind of expectation on the baby .. She would keep it very flexible and take the best photographs according the the baby. Love your work Maria . Only downside , I wish I knew her when my darling angel was born for me to have a new born session. Wish I could see them through Maria's photography! I would highly recommend Maria and donor miss the opportunity to book a newborn session with her.

  Maria is an outstanding talent. She photographed our wedding last year, and she most recently photographed our newborn daughter Amelia. When we arrived with Amelia at her photo shoot, Maria declared herself to be our babysitter for the next couple of hours, and we sat on her sofa enjoying a cup of tea while Maria worked her magic... Friends and family are amazed at the results, likening the quality of her work to the famous Anne Geddes. Of course Maria has her own style, and her photos are vibrant and colourful. The only downside to working with Maria is that with so many gorgeous photos to choose from, we ended up spending countless hours over the course of a few weeks agonising over which photos to select.

  I was really lucky to get a last minute appointment with Maria when my daughter was born last June. I didn't worry for a minute handing her over to Maria - she is absolutely brilliant with newborns and puts them and you totally at ease. It felt like a bit of a marathon session - Maria really takes the time to get a variety of shots and will break if the baby wants a feed or needs a cuddle. The room is warm and there is relaxing music playing. I could have slept for the entire time like my daughter if I hadn't have been chatting away to Maria and looking through her amazing albums of work. The photos are fantastic. I couldn't decide which ones to get and ended up getting almost all. They are so cute and such a great memento of a very special time. Maria also persuaded me to have some photos with my daughter and, although I was initially reluctant, they are now my favourite shots. I have just booked Maria again for our second child due later in the year.

  Maria was recommended to me by a work colleague who had seen pictures that her friend had done of their newborn. When I saw the beautiful pictures I just knew that I had to book Maria for when my little boy Harry was born. I know that new mums can feel very nervous about taking their newborn anywhere so soon after the born but I can honestly say it was a real pleasure to take Harry to Maria's studio for his photos, she made both Harry and I very relaxed. I sat back and left Maria to get on with what she does best, create beautiful timeless pictures. The most difficult part was deciding which of the amazing pictures to have. I look forward to booking Maria again for Harry's next session in the very near future.

  We were totally blown away by the photographs of our daughter, Saskia, at just 5 days' old. The photographs are absolutely amazing. We could not thank Maria enough, not only for the fabulous photos but also for a wonderful experience. Maria is very laid back and made the photo session a thoroughly enjoyable occasion. I would definitely recommend Maria's newborn photo session. Maria is an exceptional, first class photographer. We will certainly use Maria again.

  Fantastic shots of my baby Jeanne. We had a great afternoon at Maria's studio felt totally relaxed throughout the whole session. Really amazed at the quality of the final photos something no ordinary photographer could achieve. Will use again in the future and would give Maria a 5 star rating.

  We spent a long time deciding which photographer to book to have photographs taken of our newborn and decided to book Maria. I am so pleased we did, as beyond the most amazing and beautiful photographs she took of our 7 day old boy, the photo session was also a really enjoyable. Maria makes you feel very relaxed and has a lot of experience in handling newborns. She also spends time discussing and putting together the various colours and types of photographs so you get images that you will love. Our only problem was trying to decide which images we wanted to purchase as we had so many to choose from that we loved. If you are hesitating, don't go and book the session you will not regert it.

  We have first met Maria when looking for wedding photographer and have been lucky to have her to capture our wedding. She always said that photographing babies is her passion and you can certainly see that when looking at her work. So when I fall pregnant the first thing I did was to call her to book a session for our newborn. I know she is very busy. Maria has an amazing talent, she is extremely professional and such a perfectionist. She manages to capture the most candid and beautiful shots, they are not just your normal pictures but pieces of art that you will have proudly hung on your wall. The images she creates are extraordinarily beautiful! She has ability to capture those priceless and unique moments of your baby personality. We absolutely love them; the only problem is to decide which pictures to chose. The session itself is such a fun and relaxed affair. Maria is so down to earth and has fantastic energy. It was a pleasure to watch her working with our baby Benjamin, we felt very comfortable and at ease. As a first time mum I thought my baby was probably safer with her with the vast experience she has :) We cherish the pictures as well as the experience and can't wait to work with Maria again in the future.   A newborn baby is special, and those first few days where they are still all sleepy and squidgy don't last long at all. We were so pleased to be able to have Maria photograph our 4 day old daughter, and she captured some really memorable and unique photos that we will treasure forever. My initially sceptical husband was bowled over by the studio session we had with her. Maria is incredibly patient, and puts both parents and baby at ease (even for those shots requiring newly-postnatal mum to get her kit off for those gorgeous skin-to-skin photos!). She never makes you feel rushed, and takes her time to get the photos you want. We had such a problem deciding which photos to choose. Our friends and relatives have all commented on how beautiful the photos are, and one refused to believe that the canvas I have on my wall was actually of my daughter (surely that's from a magazine cover?). You will not regret booking her for your newborn shots; other photographers may try to copy, but do not compare. My one regret is that I did not discover her when my 4 year old son was born.

  Maria is wonderful. I am so glad we chose her to photograph our baby girl. She had a wonderful manner with her and really captured her personality in her photographs. We all had lots of fun too. I'd recommend her to anyone and if you dont believe me just check out her blog for yourself. Maria is a TALENTED photographer and worth ever penny!

  marias work is absolutely incredible, we took our son for a newborn session at 7 days old, and she captured a precious time in our start to family life. Something that is timeless and the attention to detail in the images is great. We felt completely comfortable in the studio and the choices as to what we wanted to achieve from the session was ample. Marias service from start to finish has been exceptional and her website is beautifully displayed.

  8 days after giving birth to my twins I dragged myself, the twins, toddler, husband (and a whole lot of other stuff) out for our newborn photo session and boy was it worth it !!! The whole experience was fantastic, a relaxed studio, toys to keep the little one busy, Maria was fantastic with the whole family (controlling my 2 year old son and putting up with my sleep deprived husband!) and the result - outstanding photographs. Would recommend this experience to anyone.

  I came across an advert of Maria's whilst I was pregnant, I hadn't thought much about having my baby photographed before then and my other two children were photographed by the normal high street stores most parents end up taking their babies too. The next day I called Maria to book a session, Maria was warm and friendly and gave me all the info I needed. The day of the photoshoot we arrived for 9am, On meeting Maria I felt like I had known her for years as she immediately made us feel at home, we were told to make ourselves comfortable and then she worked her magic! You could just tell by the way she was with the baby she was a mummy herself, my daughter was at ease the whole time, this is something lots of other photographers lack she seems to "click" with the babies and the images you end up with really show that! We were there for a few hours and my partner ( who hates having his picture taken) joined in with the pictures too. Although you have a rough idea of what your photos might look like from looking on the website, nothing prepares you for actually seeing your proofs, when it's your precious bubba all curled up in cute positions looking all snuggled and edible its hard to decide which images you don't want! They are better than you can imagine! It also makes me wish Maria was taking photos when my other two were newborns. The images are priceless and something to treasure! We have since visited Maria again but this time with the other two children which are older and have had another fantastic experience,my daughter felt like a model for the day and my son who's not so picture confident loves the images of himself too, if you are looking for pictures of your baby or children that you really love and have a timeless look then Maria is your photographer, you won't be disappointed!

  Highly recommended. Book now! Prior to our daughter's birth, we debated whether we should get newborn photographs of her (i.e. was the expense necessary given all the other expenses!) and searched for hours on the internet for a photographer who would wow us (and reasonably priced). Everyone seemed to be recommending Maria - one day we received the cutest advert in our NCT newsletter of a newborn photo by Maria wearing an adorable purple hat. We caved and called Maria immediately knowing it would be expensive. By the time we connected we were too late to take newborn shots (recommended within the first 10 days SO CALL EARLY) and took Maria's guidance to wait until she was at least 11 weeks old (now i understand why). The day arrived and Maria was so warm with our little one - she also managed to take newborn style shots while our daughter was sleeping. We were so pleased with the results and like the other reviews, had difficulty choosing which ones to buy. Yes, we spent much more than we expected but in return we received priceless photos of our little one.

  I found out about Maria online, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She took the most AMAZING pictures of our precious little daughter, and captured the cutest pictures of her. We were looking for something that had a timeless look, and very natural, and I was not disappointed. She was so professional, and she made both us and the baby feel completely at ease. Despite our little girls numerous 'accidents', Maria wasn't phased at all, and dealt with it just like she was her own. The only problem I am having is deciding which ones to choose, there are all just perfect. If you are contemplating whether to get newborn pictures of your baby, well look no further - Maria is the best out there....and take it from me...I spent about 10 hours on google trying to find the perfect photographer!!

  Maria has photographed many of our friends' babies and weddings and we said we would definitely use her when we have a special occasion to celebrate and we were not disappointed. I booked Maria after my 12 week scan as I know she is very busy. After having our baby, I was a little nervous about taking a newborn out for a photo session but my nerves were calmed as soon as we walked into her studio. Maria has the ability to make a nervous new mother feel at ease and watching our little one have his photos taken was magical. Maria went through all the options (i.e. props and background colours) and then Maria set to work. As our son was naked all day, I did worry about any little accidents but Maria was so calm and collective and took care of him like he was her own. The work she has produced of our little son is just outstanding and we are so pleased with all the photos. The hardest thing is deciding which ones to buy! However, Maria helped us to make the right decision. Thank you so much Maria as we will never be able to capture those first days again of our precious little one. xx

  We cannot get over the fact that Maria made my daughter look even more cuter than real life and not once did our daughter cry during the photo session. Maria is a caring and very professional baby whisperer who knows how to put newborns and fretful new parents at ease. We had a hard time choosing the photos and packages simply at how many of them turned out well (Glad to say, Maria's advise was precious). Although pricey, it is money very well spent and not once have we regretted my choice! We shall definitely be a returning customer and already dread that she won't be based near us for much longer!   I decided to use Maria after reading such brilliant reviews and being impressed with the many photographs on her website. Maria photographed my two sons- aged 4 months and 3 years. I have had quite a few photography sessions with others in the past but Maria by far tops the lot! The photographs turned out amazing- very tender, natural beautiful shots of my children, and each one telling a story. The only problem I had was trying to decide which ones to eliminate as they were all fantastic, so I ended up buying all of them! I totally recommend Maria to anyone considering a children's photographer. She is extremely professional, talented- you won't be disappointed with the results.

  When we were initially looking for a photographer for our newborn baby girl's photos we knew we wanted something different and we certainly got that using Maria Murray! Maria's simple yet artistic touch is evident in all of her work. We absolutely love the images Maria captured on the day of our daughters photo session and certainly had a hard time trying to pick the best one's for the package we purchased.   I highly recommend Maria Murray, she is such a fantastic photographer and an incredibly warm and easy going person. From start to finish she made the whole experience a pleasure. We are so pleased with our photos, and although I agree with some of the comments that they are a little on the pricey side, it is absolutely worth it! I under estimated how much fun we would have at the photo session itself, we did not stop laughing throughout the session and it felt very relaxed and natural. Thank you Maria!

  Maria Murray is one of the most talented photographers i have ever had the pleasure to meet. from start to finish she was professional and amazing at her job, i work in the industry myself and i am very critical of photographers work and marias work can not be faulted, as soon as we got to her studio she made my son Preston and myself feel very comfortable with her, as im use to being behind the pictures and not in them, My son only being four months old loved her strait away and she built up a relationship with him which is the most important thing in photography and this shows in the pictures, my only regret is i love all of them and it was difficult to choose which pictures i wanted but thats a plus in my book and i wish i found her when i was pregnant i give Maria Murray 5 stars Thank You !!!!!!

  I can't recommend Maria highly enough. In the 3 years that we have known her, we have had 3 fantastic sessions with my son. The pictures all capture his cheeky personality and Maria has a unique and special way of dealing with babies and young children, which put them at ease in front of the camera. She has so much patience, and this was especially evident at our most recent session with our new baby daughter who was just 6 days old for her newborn shoot. We treasure the moments she has captured and always have trouble deciding on favourite shots from each session. Nobody takes pictures like Maria; her passion for her work is clear, and we can't thank her enough for capturing our little family so beautifully.

  I found out about Maria through a couple of friends that used her. I couldn't believe it when I saw her pictures, as they were so different to the usual types of pictures I have seen, these were gorgeous and so natural! Straight away we decided that we wanted to get our baby's photos done with Maria and booked in for the shoot (we had to wait 2 months as she is so busy!) Although they are not the cheapest, we are over the moon with the photos and so glad we had them done. She has a great way with babies and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

  At 5 days old, my son Spencer had his first photo shoot with Maria. I was really concerned that he was too young, but Maria assured me that this was one of the best stages to capture a newborn - and she was right! From the moment we arrived at her studio she made us feel completely relaxed and allayed all my worries and fears. I was a very nervous first-time mum and she made me feel completely at ease. I warned her that I was sure Spencer would kick off and be impossible the minute he arrived in the studio, but I stood back in amazement as Maria worked her charms and made him feel completely relaxed. She wielded him with one hand and her camera in the other with complete expertise that comes from years and years of practice. At no time did I feel the safety of my baby was compromised. Maria worked quickly and efficiently and her artistic eye caught just the right emtions to convey. And the results were absolutely astounding: I had cards printed and many of my friends thought the cards had been purchased. As I suspected when we were in the middle of the session and I could see Maria's work taking shape, we were unable to limit ourselves to only a few photos - they were incredible! It wasn't the cheapest undertaking in the world, but I have no regrets at all about having his photos taken professionally by Maria and would do so again in a heartbeat! Thanks Maria!

  Our daughter had a shoot with Maria at age 3 months. Maria was so calm and accommodating even when our daughter seemed to cry whenever we put her down. Thanks to Maria's patience we got some truly beautiful shots. I highly recommend Maria. You will not be disappointed!

  My son has had 2 shoots with Maria, one at 4 months at our home and then at 1 year at Maria's studio. Both shoots were lots of fun and Maria captured our son perfectly at each age. We are so pleased with the shots, so much so that we bought all of the digital images as we just couldn't pick our favourites! We can't recommend Maria highly enough, her work is beautiful and you'll definitely be happy with the results.

  I found Marias work online after a long and hard search to find material I thought was beautiful and wanted to re-create with my own son. The creative initiative used with the music as well as various props was very enticing to say the least. Upon contacting Maria I was a bit disappointed to find she was fully booked as I had hoped to get the pics done. She did however offer to accommodate me should she have a cancellation. I was pleasantly surprised when this happened and this service in itself with follow up is something I find though scarce, extremely professional. When visiting the studio on the day Maria welcomed me into her home and made me feel like an old family friend. Her open and friendly nature made me feel comfortable having her handle my newborn baby boy( said by first time mum). I strongly urge anybody visiting her to take her suggestions to heart regarding the colours and props to use. We did and are so happy with the result. I know I will be returning for another session with my baby boy as the experience in itself was enjoyable and she really captured a special moment in time for me. I'm one happy mummy.

  We are so pleased with the photos of our daughter that Maria has taken for us and would highly recommend her for the newborn shots alone. Our first session at 13 days was fairly easy and Maria got some beautiful and original shots. The second session with an 8 month old who was on the move, teething and a bit grumpy was a bit more challenging - Maria's professionalism and perserverance paid off and she got some really beautiful pictures that captured our daughters character perfectly, making the decision of which shots to choose incredibly difficult. Amazing photos that you'll treasure forever.

  I cannot recommend Maria highly enough, her work is truly unique and so fabulous! Before my baby was born I carefully researched photographers specialising in newborn and baby photography. I was highly impressed by the work displayed on Maria's website and compared to others offering similar services, Maria is clearly in a totally different league and possesses an amazing gift. We were so excited about our shoot and could not wait to see the results! Aside from her outstanding photography, Maria is extremely professional, warm and very accommodating. She was wonderful at engaging with our little baby girl and brought out her budding personality to produce amazing and natural shots. We are so delighted with our beautiful photos and will forever treasure them. I have recommended Maria to all my mummy friends who were very moved by our photos and Maria is the talk of our baby group! We can't wait for our next session with Maria when our little girl is 8 months old. Her work really does speak for itself so it is well worth checking out her fabulous website!

  Our son's first trip out was at 5 days old to have a studio session with Maria. From the outset Maria made the whole experience a fantastic one for all three of us. Maria appears to have a natural affinity with babies and her studio is fantastic. Over the course of a few hours we got to watch Maria at work (with lots of laughs and conversation along the way) which also meant we had the added bonus of taking a few hours out to just watch our little boy. Maria spent time with us to establish the shots, props and colour schemes we wanted and the results are fantastic. It has been far too difficult to pick a favourite and our families are delighted with their Christmas presents! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone and if you are in any doubt, just have a look at her photos, they really do speak for themselves.

  My son was 4 months at the photo shoot taken at Maria's house. The photos are absolutely stunning and make it a very difficult choice for the parents and family. We are extremely pleased with the results and will definitely go back when our son is a little bigger or if another sibling comes along. Maria manages to capture wonderful expressions and we will definitely treasure these photos forever.

  My son has now had two shoots with Maria and we have been over the moon with the results of both. Maria has the ability to put you and your little one at ease very quickly and make even the most photo phobic person feel relaxed with the camera. Our first shoot was when our son was 12 weeks old and gave us some heart melting photos. He was so relaxed during the shoot he even fell asleep! Our more recent shoot at 9 months captured his emerging cheeky side and playfulness. It was definitely the more challenging shoot as he was not only teething but also getting over a cold - but despite that Maria got some stunning shots, and recommended the perfect background colours which really complemented his complexion and made his eyes look amazing. We have enjoyed both photo shoots immensely and couldn't be more pleased with the photos. Maria is a truly amazing photographer with a genuine passion for what she does.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Maria on two occasions...an outdoor shoot and a studio session, and on both occasions she made it fun for the children and put us at ease too. A two year old and a 14 month old can sometimes be diffcult, but Maria has the patience, skill and flexibility required to get the very best out of children. Her exceptional talent is reflected in the finished product, as the photos are amazing! I love the bespoke service that she offers and when you receive the photos, it truly is a magical moment as you realise that she has captured your childrens personalities completely.   I'm not sure where to begin when describing Maria!! Words just don't do her justice. She has taken absolutely gorgeous pictures of both my little boys - we always get a 'WOW' reaction from other people when they see them! The photos just speak for themselves really. The photo session is very comfortable as Maria is absolutely brilliant with babies, kids and adults. The difficult part is choosing the pictures - I'm awful at it, but Maria is extremely patient, hardworking and helpful. The finished product (photos) and service (Maria) are just out of this world. My advice is booking your session well in advance to avoid disappointment!! Thank you Maria!

  Maria took the most amazing images of our little boy thats him above with the little blue hat on her images are amazing Maria is amazing at what she does she is one of the nicest people i have ever met and she is without doubt the best photographer ever i have recommended Maria to every pregnant lady i have seen i am so lucky to have found Maria just weeks before i was due to have my baby because i would have been devastated to miss out on such a special event in our little boys life. Carter has grown so much already and having those images of him at only 7 days old will be treasured forever you never get that time back but with Maria's images i will have that moment in time captured forever.   Maria was recommended to us by a photographer who respects her work greatly, he told me that we would 'not be disappointed'! We entirely agree with his recommendation and opinion, we are thrilled to have found Maria and are completely delighted with both the shoot as well as the results. We have dithered over the choice of beautiful images of our family. We are so impressed with the way Maria has captured our children's personalities.   After finding Maria's fantastic website, we decided that we just had to take our 6month old son along for his first professional photoshoot. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable by Maria. We liked the fact that Maria took the time to build up a good rapport with our son and made him comfortable with her. Throughout the shoot Maria explained what she was going to do and did not rush us in anyway. The photo's where amazing and we would recommend Maria to anyone thinking about getting their children/baby professionally photographed. We hope to see Maria again with our 2nd baby (in the not too distant future).....

  We drove for over 2 hours to visit Maria's lovely home studio, with my newborn son, and I was so glad I did, what a fantastic experience. Maria made us feel so welcome and at ease and the way she treated our precious little newborn son was absolutely amazing. The session was personal and unhurried and we were so happy with the wonderful photos that Maria managed to take. I would certainly recommend Maria to anyone who is looking for really special photos that will be treasured forever. Thank you Maria we are so glad we found you.

  Maria is a wonder! She is very down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable, even if you normally feel uncomfortable having your picture taken. Her skills with children and babies are second to none - you only have to look at her website to see that. We had a family photo session with Maria and we are thrilled with our pictures - the worst part about the whole experience is choosing which photos to buy - it took me a week! My gorgeous photos now take pride of place in my home and everyone has commented how beautiful they are. I would recommend Maria to anyone and everyone and very much look forward to a future photo session with her.
