You don't have to be musically gifted to enjoy playing the gamelan. The Javanese instrument makes mesmerising sounds and learning how to play it can improve self-confidence, co-ordination and listening skills. Take off your shoes, take a sit and enjoy this fun activity, benefitial to the mind and ears!
