Cookies Policy
A cookie is a small file your browser stores per visited site. These cookies are set when you visit Parents Directory — grouped by purpose.
Essential
Core functionality cookies. Examples: tracking whether you've dismissed an age-gate notice. These can't be removed without breaking those flows.
Analytics (aggregated)
PostHog gathers product-analytics signals for this site — page views, click heatmaps, dead-click detection, Core Web Vitals measurements, and uncaught JavaScript errors. We do not capture session recordings. Anonymous visitors are profiled without a persistent identifier; one is created only when a reader chooses to identify themselves (such as opting into a feature flag). PostHog is routed through a same-domain reverse proxy, so no third-party cookies are set.
Affiliate attribution
Affiliate attribution cookies are set by the operator when you click through. Parents Directory doesn't write them; their privacy notice governs them.
Cookies we do NOT use
No cross-site cookies, no ad-network bidding cookies, no social-widget cookies on Parents Directory.
Managing cookies
Every modern browser exposes a cookie panel — block, view, or delete from there. Chrome / Safari / Firefox all hide it under Settings → Privacy.
