Have you given birth in the last 6 months?

We are a group of medical students from the University of Birmingham conducting a study to look at the effects of exercise on birth experiences.

If you have given birth in the last 6 months we would like to invite you to complete our online questionnaire:

The questionnaire should only take a few minutes to complete. All responses will be completely anonymous and we won't ask for any information that would allow us to identify anyone who takes part.
