I used cranial massage for my little girl when she had consistently blocked tear ducts.  Seemed to work pretty well.  There are a few in Kent (see this link http://www.babydirectory.com/local_listings/search/none/health/osteopath/12/none) and I've heard good things about the School of Osteopathy who also have a clinic and a special mother and baby promotion (http://eso-clinic.co.uk/content.php?_p_=3).
