Family friendly restaurant The Crooked Well has just launched a new child friendly and fun Tea Time menu for mums and their children.

The Crooked Well is very family friendly, and perfect for an after school snack, or mums to meet for an afternoon chat over toast and tea.

Honouring the age old institution of British tea, The Crooked Well offers a do-it-yourself ‘Crumpet Station’, where children (and grown-ups alike) can toast their crumpets to perfection and top them off with butter, English fruit jams, or Marmite after a hard day at school!

For adults wanting a more substantial snack, there is a range of Toppings on Toast, including smoked salmon, cheese, Gentleman’s Relish, baked beans, egg and freshly made guacamole. Warming home made soups are also available, as well as a selection of salads and a substantial sharing dish for two of Rabbit & Bacon Pie.

The new Tea Time menu is available daily until 6pm, every weekday.

ps. Even the family dog is welcome.
